ASN NEURO Knowledge Environments

What is an ASN NEURO knowledge environment?

The ASN NEURO knowledge environments are currently:

Biochemistry, Development, Degeneration, Genetics, Glia, Immunity, Metabolism, Modulation, Repair, Signalling and Structure

Each knowledge environment contains Immediate Publications, Research Papers and Reviews.

Why do papers appear in more than one ASN NEURO knowledge environment?

When you submit to the Journal, we ask you to select the knowledge environment that is most suitable for your paper. However, you may feel that your paper is relevant to more than just its primary knowledge environment, so you also have the option to choose a secondary one.

To see this in action, go to a knowledge environment home view and click on the Latest Papers link to see papers in that section. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and under the heading "Related articles from other sections" you can see papers from other knowledge environments.
